Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • Author(s) confirm that their submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication by any other journal or publisher, except as an abstract, or archived in the author's institutional repository or personal website. See deposit policy).
  • Author(s) affirm that they have uploaded (1) a Blinded Manuscript, comprising the main text, tables, figures, and references, and (2) a Title Page containing details of the authors, funding, acknowledgments, declarations of conflicting interests, author contributions, author biographies, a statement of data availability, and a statement of APC payment after article acceptance, as separate files.
  • Author(s) affirm that the Blinded Manuscript and Title Page are submitted in the format of doc. or docx., and not in the format of rtf. or PDF.
  • Author(s) confirm that all files are formatted in English.
    Author(s) the right to the first publication of all published material licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial CC BY-NC 4.0.
  • Author(s) agree to make payment of the Article Processing Charge (APC), within ten days of the editorial acceptance of the manuscript. Please note that the option to process an advance payment remains but does not guarantee the acceptance of manuscripts.
  • Author(s) understand that failure to adhere to the submission checklists provided will result in the immediate rejection of their manuscript.
  • Author(s) acknowledge that making a double submission will result in being blacklisted.

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Nursing Case Insight Journal. All submissions must comply with the Author Guidelines and the Publication Ethics of the journal.

  1. Online Submission System
    • Manuscripts must be submitted onlinethrough the journal’s submission portal (link to be provided by the editorial office).
    • Submissions via email are not accepted unless specifically requested by the editorial team.
    • Authors are required to registeras users on the journal’s website before submitting a manuscript.
  1. Preparation Before Submission
  • Ensure the manuscript follows the required structure and format(see Author Guidelines).
  • Manuscripts must be written in English(clear, concise, and free of grammatical errors).
  • References must follow the APA 7th editioncitation style.
  • Prepare the following files:
  • Manuscript file (Word format)without author details (for double-blind review).
  • Title Pagecontaining title, author(s) details, affiliation(s), and corresponding author’s email.
  • Cover Letterbriefly explaining the novelty and contribution of the manuscript.
  • Ethical Approval / Patient Consent Statement(for case reports).
  1. Peer Review Process
    • All submissions undergo initial screeningby the editorial office.
    • Eligible manuscripts are reviewed under the double-blind peer review process.
    • Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback before acceptance.

Before submitting, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and free from plagiarism.
  • All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • Ethical standards are met (informed consent, anonymization, ethical clearance where applicable).
  • The manuscript has been formatted according to journal requirements.
  1. Article Processing Charges (APC)
  • Currently, there are no submission or publication charges.
  • If an APC policy is applied in the future, it will be clearly stated on the journal’s website.
